Mainly due to the first point. They are high in "healthy fats" or monounsaturated fats and are also typically high in vitamin E, an antioxidant vitamin most people need more of. They are packed with magnesium and potassium, two nutrients known to help reduce blood pressure. Avocado oil also might fight heart disease, cancer and signs of aging which can always be a plus. Avocados are a great source of fiber which can help push out stuff your body no longer needs and speeds up the digestion process at the same time. They can be substituded for almost all types of spreads. You can make yourself instantly more attractive. First mash up an avocado and smear it all over your face and head out to the mall it's like AXE for women, guys will crawl all over you. No need to wash it off.
