When I was a kid growing I was always taught to eat my veggies. However most of the veggies I was taught to eat are not vegetables at all, most are fruits. They are disguised as vegetables by
they way they are prepared, what they are prepared with and what we eat them with. I have learned to like almost all types of vegetables now days. I am not sure if I can credit this to my upbringing or just my innate nature. Below are some vegetables that are botanically speaking truly fruits. Some may surprise you as they do me. Keep in mind this is not a complete list but an ongoing one. Here is the list:
Cucumber
Avocado,
Beans,
Peapods,
Corn kernels,
Pumpkin,
Squash,
Tomatoes
Bell Pepper.
