Jalapeño not on a stick
Jalapeño is native to Mexico obviously is a must, hot pepper although I prefer habaneros guess because I'm a guy and stupid most jalapenos are about 2 inches long green jalapenos are very very hot but nowhere near as hot as habaneros you can get them in mild forms dried and smoked hot jalapenos are known as chipotles. A staple in southwestern and Mexican cooking but also in America as well they have been getting more and more popularity in the US. Jalapeño chilies can be used in sauces nachos salsas, or vegetable dishes. In greeting capsaicin is an antioxidant that gives the pepper their heat and may have anti-inflammatory and cancer fighting properties. "Jalapeño on a stick" their I said it and typed it once. Thank you Jeff Dunham.
